I knew CaseCrown's cases were quality so I took a leap of faith and bought it. Great case.. almost the exact same thing as Incase's iPhone 3G case but this one has a way more "royalty" feeling to it. The inside is lined with velvet so you dont scratch your precious iPhone 3G when sliding this thing on. Very nice touch.The only negative and the reason why I gave it 4 stars - It's a tiny big too long.. Shows a VERY tiny bit of the silver bezel on the bottom when you slide this case on. But, it may just be the one I bought. I bought the black one. All in all, a beautiful case. The case itself is nice but it's lacking the important feature of a locking mechanism or clasp. It took about a week for the case to start coming loose in my pocket and start separating. It would not come apart completely but it I would find up to a 1 inch gap between the 2 sections. Dust started to build up on the inside of the case and it started then to happen more frequently. If you don't want to pay the rates of the cases in the Apple store, then this appears to be a decent imitation of the top selling InCase slider case sold in the Apple stores. Absolutely nothing wrong with the case, and at first glance it appears just like the InCase case at $20 less. On closer examination in comparing with the InCase case, while the back is exactly the same and does have the velveteen inside, the front wraparound does not wrap quite as far around and quite as high as the InCase case. I physically matched my wife's InCase case with this case b sliding the two halves together. The InCase case will clearly better protect your iPhone in case of a drop. After thinking about it for a couple of days, I decided it wasn't worth the chance in protecting my iPhone. So I purchased an InCase case.
